Digital Downloads (DTF & UV DTF Files)

Delivery Method: Instant digital download Shipping: No physical shipping required

After checkout, your digital files will be available immediately through:

  • The order confirmation page

  • A download link sent to your email

If you do not see your files, check your spam folder or contact us at hello@exclusivembers.com.

Note: Digital products are non‑refundable once downloaded.


Custom Apparel & Hard‑Surface Items

This includes: T‑shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tote bags, tumblers, cups, plaques, party favors, and all UV DTF‑applied items.

Processing Times

All items are made to order.

  • Apparel: 5–10 business days

  • Hard‑surface items: 5–10 business days

  • Bulk/event orders: 7–14 business days

Processing begins the next business day after your order is placed.

Shipping Times

Shipping time begins after processing is complete.

  • Standard Shipping (US): 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (US): 1–3 business days

  • Local Atlanta area delivery (when available): 1–2 days

Shipping speed is selected at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight

  • Destination

  • Shipping method

Some items may ship separately depending on production location.


Shipping Delays

ExclusivEmbers is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS, UPS, or FedEx

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Holiday volume

  • Customs processing

We will always help you track or resolve delivery issues.


International Shipping

International shipping is available for select items. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or import taxes. Digital products remain instant and are not affected by international restrictions.


Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

We will repair, replace, or remake the item as needed.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, or appears lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
